The House

Domgasse is located right next to St. Stephens Cathedral/Stephansplatz - the very center of Vienna. The Mozarthaus (where Mozart worked from 1784 to 1787) is located there as well. The house was completely renovated in 2005 while also a south-facing extension with generous glazing was realized, which leads into a large, bright, absolutely quiet and green courtyard.

Location

Domgasse is located in the so-called "Blutgassenviertel": A unique cultural and natural gem of downtown Vienna. Only 2 minutes walking distance to Stephansplatz with the cathedral and the subway station (U1 and U3). In Kärntner Strasse and Graben and all the smaller streets around, there are a variety of shops, stores big and small, good restaurants and bars as well as supermarkets. And of course, the city offers a wide range of cultural activities. Within a 5 minutes walk you can reacht the City-Park (Stadtpark), which provides enough space for leisure activities in nature and invites you to take relaxing walks. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Vienna State Opera, the Hofburg, and the Danube Canal.

Great access to and from any area of Vienna is being granted by a densely knotted public transportation system. The house itself does not feature parking possibilities, though the closest underground car park is only 130 meters away.
