Villa with pool in quiet green area with large piece of land

 

This beautiful villa was completed in 1990 and was very well maintained by the owners. It is the last building in this street, located directly at the edge of the forest and has a large well-kept green area. Recently, the house was used by the family with 2 units on 2 floors, with separate entrances. With very simple means, these two floors can be combined again to form a residential unit. In the spacious basement area you will find guest rooms (lounge, laundry, bathroom, toilet) and a private shelter. The raw roof floor can still be expanded.

Right on the doorstep, you can immediately go jogging, cycling or going for a walk. In a few minutes on foot you reach the stop of the bus 401.

Weidling, a cadastral community of Klosterneuburg, is surrounded by some wooded heights or hills, including the Buchberg, Haschberg, Leopoldsberg, Kahlenberg, Exelberg or Hermannskogel. The center is a small triangular space. The first mention "Widenice" comes from the year 1108 and is derived from the Slavic name "Waldbach". In the 19th century, Weidling was a well-known spa and recreation resort as well as a popular summer resort. One consequence of this was, among other things, the remarkable villa collection from the second half of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century. Today, many vineyards and Buschenschenken invite you to linger. In addition, there are restaurants, inns, shops, a volunteer fire department, a kindergarten and an elementary school in Weidling. The center offers the opportunity to hold various events. Often there are exhibitions, such as the cultural association Weidling to see.
