The area in the 19th distric is one of the best Areal in Vienna.  Although it is located on a quiet side street, it is also possible to access the public transport by car or by road. The tram line 37 goes directly to the Schottentor, the bus service leads to U4 in just a few stops, and the S-Bahn is also nearby. Thus, the city centre of Vienna is quickly reached. Also the rest of the infrastructure leaves nothing to be desired.
